  • Orchard Crops are relatively low maintenance post maturity and generate consistent harvests annually.
  • Macadamia Trees can produce between 80 – 150 kgs of Macadamia per annum and will produce regular harvests for up to 40 years+.
  • Macadamia has strong international demand which is anticipated to grow 12% by 2025.
  • Macadamia is a Cash Crop meaning it generates Foreign Exchange for the country.
  • The Nucleus Farm invests in modern machinery, processing facilities and storage to ensure that the maximum yield per hectare.
    Modern Farming Practices are taught to all the workers and prospective Smallholder Farmers via an apprenticeship scheme.
    Workers and Staff housing is located on site together with all required amenities e.g. Supermarkets, Schools, Churches, Clinics etc.
